With classes available for Babies from 12 weeks and teaching all the way through to age 7 or 8 we are delighted to be able to offer all of this at one location on both Saturdays and Sundays for Sevenoaks parents.
The Aquatots Baby, Toddler & Child programme is the most advanced and enjoyable water safety and swim training curriculum available, designed to follow a child's natural physical and psychological development, through baby, toddler and child years. Taught across 29 progressive levels taking babies from 10 weeks old through to 8 years of age.
For our Kent swimmers we are very lucky to have use of an amazing facility in Otford set in beautiful grounds,just a short drive from Sevenoaks town centre where we can teach all levels of our programme on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. This gives our Otford pool the unique benefit of being able to see children and their siblings through the programme at the same location, on the same day from levels 1 to 29!! Not only giving swimmers consistency but also giving parents the stress free option of getting everyones swimming done at the same venue on the same day.
Amazing results and lifesaving skills are often obtained in just a few Aquatots lessons. For instance learning to breath hold, turning to the side and kicking up from the bottom of a pool are just a few of the skills taught in very early baby levels before a child has possibly even learnt to walk. From there our children will learn to swim independently without the use of any buoyancy aids and this is generally achieved by aged 3 to 3.5 years old.
It doesn’t stop there as once this has been achieved the Aquatots Advanced Child Programme moves on to include Snorkelling, Under Water Scooters and In Water Rescue skills as well as enhanced stroke work in all key strokes.
A swimming term consists of 9 weekly lessons, each of 30 minute duration and costs £126.00
